Insurance Commissions Processor Needed in Addison
Accurately calculating and processing of all commissions for commission-eligible agents in an accurate manner.
First point of contact when agents have questions.
Reviewing processes via Excel and other tools.

Where do you come into play?
We are looking for candidates to join their growing team! This person will assist with processing commission checks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensure and review the accurate calculation and processing of all commissions
Responsible for making certain that all calculations adhere to the appropriate commission structures for each agent.
Serve as the first point of contact when agents have questions regarding commission payments.
If you have the following qualifications:
3 years of sales revenue analysis/commissions processing experience with a company of at least $10M in revenue
Undergraduate degree in Business strongly preferred
Strong Mathematical Proficiency; i.e. algebra
Deep knowledge of MS Excel - especially data manipulation (SORT, VLOOKUP, CHART, etc.).
