Job Description

Accounting Clerk - Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accounting records for multiple entities
  • Organize vendor invoices received via email and/or dropped off at the office.
  • Reconcile all accounts as needed
  • Enter vendor invoices into the system for payment and verify billed amounts are correct.
  • Assist Staff Accountant in final steps prior to check processing and batch checks afterwards
  • Update and process payroll information
  • Data entry for all accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Various accounting projects as assigned
  • Making collection calls
  • Data entry
  • Understanding the deduction process
