We are looking for candidates to fill the role of Administrative Clerk for this office. This role is primarily data entry and processing.

Requirements for consideration:

  • Highly accurate Alpha & Numeric data entry with 8000+ KSPH
  • Customer service mindset & experience for the external & internal team
  • Proven ability to clearly articulate both verbally and through written communication

Some Duties:

  • Review and check documents for accuracy through various resources and make corrections and then process the information through the multiple systems in a timely manner
  • At times you will interact with customers and other internal staff where you will provide information, capture information for follow-up by a colleague
  • Learn and produce weekly production reports where you will validate and correct inaccuracies
  • Ultimately absorb the knowledge of the department and become an integral part of the team, so YOU are an indispensable part of the entire organization
