Front Desk / Administrative Assistant

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay: Up to $15 per hour DOE

This position is the director of first impressions for a busy engineering company in the Alpahretta area.  You will be greeting guests, answering the phones and supporting the accounting and project management departments.  This is a great opportunity for a people person who has strong MS Office skills and is able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Import data into MS Excel, data entry and analysis in support of customer billing
  • Support for accounting department and payroll 
  • Support project coordinators
  • Assist with projects as needed for company president

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years recent prior office experience in a similar role
  • Must have an associate's degree (min)
  • Stable work history
  • Must have a customer service mentality and attitude
  • Must have advanced skills in MS Office - Word and Excel (including Pivots, Vlookups and formulas)
  • Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
