We’re looking for a special combination for this Customer Support – Financial Services role. First, we need someone with that call center, customer service, experience that we know can professionally handle all incoming calls. Second, we’re looking for someone with an interest in Finance, maybe even a recent financial graduate.

In this position, you’ll first receive two weeks of training before working with a Licensed Investment Professional to continue your learning. Once training is complete, it is GO Time for you to start engaging and supporting their high-profile customers. This client believes in one call resolution, so the focus will be on providing the best customer service possible instead of flying through a high-volume que of calls.
