FYI - This is NOT an HR role...
- Design, create and write the 1st formal Training for all areas of leadership, management, technical, customer training...basically all aspects of the organization.
- You will also be tasked with developing the assessment side of the individual training programs to ensure it is doing what it was designed to do.
- As the department develops, you will need to put on your Leader/Manager hat and bring on trainers who will implement and execute your training & measurement programs.
I don't need to say much more because if you have the experience required, then you know what needs to be done.
