Job Description

Client is seeking an individual that is motivated, comfortable with computers, detail oriented.  This is a long-term opportunity, so those looking for a career, this is a great opportunity.  

Individual will learn and improve information flow from order placement to final customer payment.  This individual will act as the interface to customers, product suppliers, transportation suppliers and/or distribution partners.  Will be responsible for order planning, inventory management, payment resolution and implement operational efficiencies.  Inventory Reconciliation, Inventory forecasting and replenishment, invoicing files including reconciliation of claims and credits.

Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requirements:  AA degree or Bachelors in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred.  This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who has quick learning skills.  Numbers driven, experience in billing or any accounting related fields.
