Our global client is adding to their team of support professionals and has asked us to find talented candidates who can engage their customers and ensure their experience is positive and that they can count on you to ensure all the steps and processes are executed. You are the experience of the organization with these customers.
Duties include answering customer inquiries and educating on the organization's products and services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. You will engage in a three-week training to ensure your ability to create a great experience for every customer successfully.
