Job Description

Our client has procured our services to identify and help recruit a Payroll professional who has the experience and ability to generate payroll for 300 employees.  This person will produce weekly payroll through Vista.  They are in the process of automating more of the process to reduce data entry.  Our client has an excellent pay package with full 401K, Health along with participation in the ESOP.

Some of what you will do:

  • Maintain all company personnel records & manage the payroll process
  • Prepare documents for newly hired or terminated employees
  • Gather & maintain data on time worked but not limited to garnishments, deductions & withholdings
  • Maintain company records on benefits & prepares the required tax reporting & any payments associated with payroll
  • Weekly, monthly & annual preparation of tax filings.  W-2's, 940's 941's, unemployment, state, local employment taxes & workers compensation
