Job Description

Company in the Sharonville area is looking an office clerk/receptionist to support and learn multiple areas of their business. 

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet guests, answer phones
  • Process mail
  • AP/AR (primarily data entry)
  • Shipping and Receiving tasks
  • Assist  with sales and customer service as directed

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with internal and external associates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Manage time and multiple tasks effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient use of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Attendance

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm during training – transitions to full time
  • Pay rate: $10-11/hour DOE
