Job Description


This is an Administrative Support role in the Franchise Development department for PrideStaff, a national staffing system. PrideStaff has earned a "Best of Staffing" designation offered to fewer than 2% in the industry. You will support others in this department in an effort to grow the company and the brand.  There will be regular communication with clients and referral partners at a very high and professional level.  Communication will be by phone, email, and in person.  Many processes are critical for this department, and your role will be to ensure that they are all being executed with excellence and in a timely manner.


  • Correspond with brokers and candidates primarily via email and phone

  • Work with a highly specialized mapping software

  • Use a CRM (Client Relationship Management) Software

  • Manage the department calendar which includes several individuals and dozens of events

  • Monitor daily schedule to ensure all appointments are done on time

  • Follow a multitude of checklists for various events and types of occurrences

  • Track candidate progress

  • Assist in preparing for integral day-long meetings periodically

  • Ensure that all documents that get sent out are up to date

  • Run errands periodically


  • 5-10 years of solid work experience

  • Proven admin or assistant experience

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills

  • Heightened sense of urgency and hard deadlines 

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism

  • Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office Suite

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe (PDF and Photoshop) is a plus

  • Able to complete pre-interview assessments in various areas of Microsoft Office, customer service and basic data entry
